Taking after exhortation from Gordon's little girl Barbara, Batman enters the sewers underneath the Gotham Police Department for lasting access to the database and discovers Black Mask's group planting explosives. While getting away, he experiences Captain James Gordon, who is doubting of Batman, and the degenerate SWAT group, who would like to gather the abundance cash for themselves.
Requiring more data to settle the case, Batman breaks into the Gotham Police Department to get to its national criminal database.
